Focus of activities
We take on all planning-related project management and control services in the development of solar systems.
In addition to ensuring that the economic and planning requirements are met, the successful development of a project also involves creating added value for the public, the municipality and citizens. This is why we also take on the personal community approach and participate in committees and local council meetings until the planning resolution is obtained.
We work closely with the building construction architecture firm KLM Architects and Engineers which plans and implements projects in the areas of residential, office, hotel and commercial construction.
Energy transition & climate protection
By planning ground-mounted photovoltaic systems, our office makes a significant contribution to the energy transition 2.0, the transition in the industrial and transport sectors, and thus also to climate protection. We not only plan the photovoltaic systems themselves, but also think ahead and implement projects in the areas of hydrogen, e-mobility, battery storage systems and citizen participation.
We also consider biodiversity as an important topic for the future of photovoltaics. For example, polluted areas are renaturalized through the construction of solar plants and regional biodiversity, for example of bees, other insects and birds, is promoted. In addition, the soil on which photovoltaic systems are erected is relieved by the fact that no soil cultivation or fertilization takes place during the entire operating time of the systems of up to 30 years. The positive contribution of solar parks to biodiversity was highlighted, for example, in the study "Current facts on photovoltaics in Germany" by the Fraunhofer Institute.
