Project development

During project development, we make initial contact with landowners, prepare lease negotiations and conclude contracts. We also carry out preliminary checks on eligibility for subsidies under the German Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG), profitability calculations and the permissibility of the construction project as well as the preparatory grid connection point determination. In this phase, we also approach the municipalities, present the planned project and participate in committees and municipal council meetings until the planning resolution is obtained.
